1. Services

Solvr provides fractional operations consulting, CRM management, analytics, and automation services for hospice providers. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Operational process optimization
  • CRM platform management (CoPilot)
  • Data analytics and reporting
  • Workflow automation
  • Team communication and coordination tools

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Solvr, you agree to the following:

  • Opt-In: You consent to receive SMS messages from Solvr when you text START to (813) 331-1424 from your mobile phone after reviewing the Solvr SMS Notifications page.
  • Message Types: Messages may include operational alerts, task notifications, scheduling updates, and team coordination messages.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per day during active operational periods.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact support@gosolvr.com.
  • No Sharing: We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • Not Required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any services from Solvr.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Solvr and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solvr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
